How to resign from the membership?

An ordinary member of the society may submit his/her intention to resign in writing to the Executive Committee.

Whether society can terminate membership?

Member ship of any member can be cancelled or terminated only by the unanimous decision of Executive Committee through a special resolution
Member ship of any person will automatically get cancelled or terminated if the member failed to pay the membership fee on or before 31st day of March every year.
Expulsion: Any member who shall fail in the observance at any regulation of the society any Lawful Bylaw or Regulations or order of the committees or who after investigation of the committee shall on such grounds and evidence as the may consider sufficient to be held to have been guilty of any dishonorable practice or conduct may be excluded or expelled from the primary membership of the society by a resolution passed by the 2/3rd majority of the members present in voting at the Executive Committee meeting such members shall have seven clear days notice of the time and place of an intended investigations sent by registered post addressed to his/her last known place of business or residence and he/she shall be given an opportunity to defend the charges made against him/her. If any member absence for Three Continuous Constitutional meetings his/her Name as a member shall be seized without any intimation automatically.
